Safety
Gemstone, LLC's #1 priority is the safety of our employees and the general public. Gemstone knows that
our employees are our most precious asset and we do everything possible to ensure their safety.
Gemstone's new employees undergo a comprehensive safety training programs (including First Aid and
CPR) and receive periodic refresher courses. In addition, Gemstone is committed to providing state of the
art safety equipment to our employees.
Gemstone has affiliations with several groups that provide updated training on safety procedures and
technologies. Some of these affiliations include:
- SSPC - The Society for Protective Coatings
- NACE - Leaders in Corrosion Control Technology
- NSC - National Safety Council
Additionally each Gemstone job site conducts a mandatory safety meeting for all Gemstone
personnel. A different safety topic is discussed each week.
